A few things to know before you tell us about the colony.
Friends of Feral Felines is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit serving Mecklenburg County. We have no paid employees, and our ability to help depends on the support and participation of our community.
Reporting five or fewer cats? A volunteer will reach out in 7-10 days with resources and options to help you manage the situation yourself, if you’re able. We offer training, financial assistance when available, and loans of humane traps and other equipment to support Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR).
Reporting more than five cats? A volunteer will reach out within 7–21 days to provide more hands-on guidance. Please understand that wait times may vary depending on volunteer availability, appointment availability, and the number of requests we receive. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our volunteers work to help cats in our community!
We’re here to help, but our volunteers can’t do this work alone. Lasting change happens when community members work together to help cats in need.
Take the first step today: Submit your request to log your case, then talk with your neighbors, coworkers, family, and friends about getting involved in TNVR or making a donation. Every helping hand makes a difference!
By submitting a request for help, you agree to receive occasional communications from Friends of Feral Felines via email.
